Chaotic Intro
Needing hydration desperately? Skip out on too many glasses of water? I gotchu 😉 Fair warning, I cook like a grandma and never use recipes, so I have to walk through what I do to make these for y’all ❤
Another warning… not sure if writing while slap-happy is a good idea, but I hope y’all follow my train… I am surviving vistation, teething, no sleep, and a toddler; I won’t continue with the list, but moms, you know… this post is absolutely chaotic, but currently I think it’s great 😂
I prefer to use fresh fruit juice, specifically orange, for the vitamin C and cortisol boost; Use whatever you like, though!
Grab a pitcher or your lovely jug of a water cup that you lug around everywhere now. The ones who know, know…
Actual Instructions (kind of)
Fill 1/4 of your desired container with your desired juice (body armor will work, however, they are containerized [😂 love that word] in plastic)
Add 1/4 tsp of cream of tartar for a 40oz or 1/2 tsp for a half-gallon pitcher
Add a pinch of Celtic or pink Himalayan sea salt
Fill up the rest with filtered water or coconut water
OPTIONAL ❤
Skip the water
Add a splash of coconut cream or milk
Top it off with juice
(This pairs amazingly with strawberry flavors)
“Berries and cream! Berries and cream!”
Chaotic outro and explanation
AnYwAySsS WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS???
Salt provides sodium, an essential electrolyte that helps with water balance. Along with other trace minerals that aid in absorption.
Cream of tartar is rich in potassium, another electrolyte that is crucial for hydration and water balance.
Coconut water and milk contain potassium and magnesium, more beneficial electrolytes to help us rehydrate.
Coconut milk contains fats that nourish your cells and help prevent water loss.
Fruit juices contain vitamins and minerals that vary depending on the fruit used. Orange juice contains MORE potassium.
We need electrolytes to help balance and maintain water in our cells. However, many are contained in natural food sources instead of artificial garbage.
I hope you enjoyed and get hydrated, ladies, we gotta feed our babies ❤
